I love doing arts and crafts, baking, reading stories, playing games, exploring outdoors, and finding fun ways for children to learn and be creative. I enjoy planning activities that match each child’s age and interests, whether it’s sensory play with little ones, imaginative play, or fun learning activities with older children. My favorite part is seeing children happy, engaged, and excited to learn something new!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Personally I believe the most important part of being a nanny or working with children is loving what you do and wanting to bond with them. It’s such a wonderful feeling and experience working with children seeing them grow and talking with them. I think people who have the patience and emotional intelligence to work with children are amazing people.
My experience with special needs children...
was a nanny for a family for four years, caring for a wonderful child with autism who was nonverbal. During that time, I learned the importance of patience, consistency, and understanding each child’s unique needs. I supported his daily routines, encouraged communication in ways that worked for him, and provided a safe, loving, and supportive environment where he could feel comfortable and understood. This experience taught me so much about the importance of individualized care, and I truly value building meaningful connections with every child I care for.

When I was a kids instructor the kids would call me teacher and I thought it was so silly and cute because they couldn’t say my name. Also after sometime I would call the children “my kids” and people would mistake it as me having my own kids which I thought was funny.
