Everyone expects and nanny to only care for the children and but with experience I want there to be a relationship between the parents and me as well, this is one of the only ways we will be able to communicate efficiently and smoothly versus being scared or upset and not saying or just being mean. Especially when things could have been avoided and worked out better!

Teaching a little lady I cared for how to walk. Seeing her walk to me and reach for me just broke the heart strings.
