More About Me
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy taking children to the park, the library, and doing arts and crafts because each activity offers something special. The park is a great place to let kids run around, explore, and get some fresh air while also practicing their coordination and social skills. I love being outside because it’s energizing, and there’s always something new to discover, whether it’s a bug, a leaf, or a cool cloud formation. The library is another favorite spot—it’s a peaceful place to introduce kids to new stories, spark their imaginations, and encourage a love of reading. And when we’re back indoors, doing arts and crafts is a perfect way to channel their creativity. They get to express themselves while developing fine motor skills, and it’s always so fun to see the final product come to life. All these activities balance learning with fun, and it’s so rewarding to watch them grow and enjoy new experiences.
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where children feel loved and valued. It's about being a trusted figure in their lives—someone they can depend on for guidance, care, and emotional support. Beyond just supervising, being a nanny means actively engaging with the child, fostering their development, whether it’s through play, learning, or simply being present and attentive to their needs. It’s about building a positive relationship that helps them grow into confident, kind, and curious individuals. Ultimately, it’s about being a positive influence and helping to shape their world with patience, kindness, and consistency.
My experience with special needs children...
While I worked as a VPK paraprofessional I worked with a diverse range of children with special needs. I closely monitored what they needed and how I could fit the way they learn and help them in any way possible.

Walking in the front door and hearing my name along with “good morning!” and the children running up to hug me in the morning. It makes for a great start to the day!

Babysitter Available in Spartanburg, SC: Misty D.
Hi, my name is Shenae Dujon. I moved to South Carolina approximately one year ago. Before moving here, I worked in childcare services at my college, where I cared for infants and preschool-aged children. I genuinely enjoyed working with children and found the experience very rewarding.
After moving to South Carolina, I worked in Greenville as a front desk employee and also assisted with housekeeping. Due to transportation issues and other circumstances, I eventually decided to leave that position.
I would love the opportunity to be considered for caring for your child/children. I am responsible, caring, and comfortable working with young children. If needed, I would be more than happy to participate in an interview so that you can get to know me and feel comfortable with your decision.
Thank you for considering me. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have!

hi my name is kaley rayne!!! I am 18 years old and just graduated from Broome high school! I have always had a passion and love for kids since I was a little girl. I was the kid to sneak away from my parents at baseball games to watch the younger kids so the moms could watch the game, and that instinct continued with me all my life, in high school I took early childhood education classes at the technical center, I also watch my 4 year old cousin regularly for my family and have been since she was a new born. I am willing to learn anything I need to better serve your family! I have experience with cooking, cleaning, bath time, early childhood education materials and etc. I would love to hear from you and help your family in anyway I can:)

Live-In Part-Time Nanny Available in Spartanburg, SC: Aliyah C.
I'm Aliyah! With a background in childcare, including completing the EDU119 course in high school and two years as a teacher/float in a daycare, I bring both knowledge and excitement to the table. Growing up, I took care of my two younger sisters, starting my babysitting journey at just 14. Since then, I've been a dependable and caring presence for many families in our community, starting at 16. Besides childcare, I'm skilled at handling various household tasks like cooking, cleaning, errands, and transportation. Safety, fun, and creating a nurturing environment for your kids are my top priorities. I value open communication, reliability, and ensuring peace of mind for you as a parent.
