I have worked with many younger children. My longest babysitting was a year. With two kids. One was 5 and was autistic, the other child was 2. I have babysat older, and younger. I also day to day spend time with my own 2 year old sister. I have daily experience on top of it :)
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy music related actives! I love going outside! Arts a crafts is a favorite of mine. I will say I like disney… so I’d be able to sing along with them. I enjoy pets as well, if that’s something a child is interested in!
My experience with special needs children...
I have babysat for a special need child it was for about a year. They were 5 years old. I’m very respectful of knowing that their minds work differently, and that’s okay. As long I know their routine, and understand their boundaries everything rounds very smoothly.
