What matters to me about being a babysitter/Nanyang are the kids. Making sure their fed, diaper changed, cleaned up, making sure they help clean their messes if old enough, helping them learn and grow, but most of all making sure they have a good day.

I've never nannied but I have babysat, I'd say my favorite memory of me babysitting was I was watching this little girl, I was making her food and she asked if she could cook it and me watch her, I said yes and from there it was awesome to see how much she wanted to help and see her grow more and more
