Hi families! My name is Mallory and I have been working with kids and been alongside kids for so long now. It’s been a blessing to have had the jobs I have had and to gain the experience I have now. In high school I did a program where I could work at a school so I did a morning and evening care with elementary kids and worked as a care giver in that program. I also have worked at Blacklick Elementary as a paraprofessional aide and it truly made me fall in love with every aspect of how truly special and different kids can be. Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Some of my favorite things to do are take the kids to a park or play outside in the yard. I enjoy taking them to the zoo or to get ice cream on occasion! I love reading to kids and playing inside when it’s cold or rainy out
The most important part about being a nanny...
I think it’s so important for kids to have a specific routine and I think being with the same person ( babysitter or nanny ) is a huge part in routine! They get used to things being done in a certain way and I feel that’s when kids are most comfortable and know what to expect
My experience with special needs children...
I worked as a paraprofessional so I do have experience with kids with special needs kids and I absolutely loved that job! Those kids are so special in every way!
