The most important part about being a nanny is just connecting with the family, especially the children. Having that connections with the children allows for everything to run so much smoother and adds to the enjoyment. Especially getting to know the parents and how they’ve are adds to the experience. Having that familiarity and connection adds to the enjoyment of taking care of the child and creates a lighthearted environment.
