A little bit about me

I am 23 years old and a Virginia Tech graduate. I grew up in Norfolk and currently live in ghent. I have worked as a lifeguard here, a veterinary assistant, and a nanny. I have been babysitting since high school and have been working at the Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters (CHKD) for about two years now. I am a certified nurses assistant on the medical-surgical unit where I care for children of all ages, from newborns to teenagers. I have experience with sick and healthy children and I am familiar with age appropriate milestones and needs of care. I am CPR certified which is renewed four times a year. I just got accepted to grad school last week which initiated my decision to lessen my hours at CHKD and transition to part time nannying and dog sitting until I start the Physician Assistant program next year!
