One of my favorite memories as a nanny was probably when a little boy (about 2 years old) taught me how to ease his anxiety. He used to be very attached to his parents and every time they would leave, baby boy would slowly practice breathing exercises and tap on his little chest. He explained to me that his mommy taught him to calm himself down whenever he felt anxious or upset ….I still use those exercises whenever babysitting💗
