I like to play with them and be part of their imagination, create different experiences and emotions. Playing outside and get dirty! Learning new things together and enjoying the nature and animals. I don’t really care about watching TV or video games. I rather to play with them outside.

The most important thing is knowing that I am there to support them, and it doesn’t matter if the day was difficult or something was wrong because at the end of the day I see those beautiful smiles and I know I’m doing something good and that is the best recompense.

I think every day is special and something fun happened every day, but I remember when the twins were fighting and I told them to stop the fight and the girl looked at me and she told me “Maria, do you want time out” in Spanish, that was so fanny. They were learning Spanish because when I started they were 2 months old so they spoke Spanish with me and English with their parents. Working with kids is really exciting and I love it because they keep me motivated and moving! I know it’s tiring and you don’t have time to stop but I love that feeling I love spending time with them, when they make me laugh so hard that my tummy hurts. I love the energy they have that makes me feel alive!
