The most important part about being a nanny...
I think that the most important part of being in any is making sure the child feels safe, comfortable and cared for. I am super responsible and dependable, and I want the kids. I'm taking care of to feel that they can trust me and that they can be themselves around me. I think it's important to have fun to be creative and have a positive environment while still making sure their routines and responsibilities are taken care of. Most importantly, I want parents to feel comfortable, knowing that the child is in good hands when they were with me.
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience working with children with special needs, and it has taught me the importance of being patient, understanding, and being attentive to each child individual needs. I understand each child is different so I always try to create a comfortable and supportive environment, where they feel safe and included. I am willing to learn their routine, listen to their needs, and make sure that they feel cared for while also having fun.
