For me is very important that the kids are feeling safe with me and I always check about their feelings. Also of course is very important for me that they listen to me and treat me with respect.

I actually have so many good memories that I had with my kids! One of my favorite for example was to see the babies started to walk and talk. I also had fanny moments with them for example in those moment when kids were acting in a silly way. Another part that I am proud of is when they learn to speak other languages like Spanish or Italian.
