I would think the most important part about being a nanny is having a positive impact in the kids life , i was personally raised by a nanny for most of my childhood and she really had an impact on me , also nannies are there when the parents can’t be so it’s really important to make the child feel good, loved and cared for even when their parents are not around

My favorite nanny moment was when I was taking care of 2 little boys and we had a really good connection, I took 2 weeks off for vacation but the kids would FaceTime me every day because they missed me, when I came back They were so happy to see me and it made me feel really good
