Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I completed 200 hours of childcare experience in a daycare, where I helped care for children and supported them throughout their daily routines. This experience taught me how important patience, responsibility, communication, and attention are when working with children. I enjoyed helping them with activities, keeping them engaged, and making sure they felt safe and cared for. I have also always enjoyed spending time with younger children in my family and helping them when needed.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I enjoy doing activities that are fun while also helping children learn and be creative. Some of my favorite activities include arts and crafts, drawing, coloring, reading books, playing outside, going for walks, baking simple desserts, and playing age-appropriate games. I also like encouraging children to be active and explore nature. I think the best activities are the ones where children can have fun while developing their imagination and independence.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe the most important part of being a nanny is making children feel safe, loved, respected, and understood. A nanny is not only responsible for taking care of a child, but also for being a positive role model and supporting their development. I think communication with the parents is also very important because they need to feel confident that their children are in good hands. My goal would always be to create a safe, happy, and supportive environment for the children.

My experience with special needs children...

I do not have professional experience caring for children with special needs yet. However, I am patient, caring, and willing to learn. I understand that every child has different needs, personalities, and ways of communicating, and I would always follow the parents’ instructions and learn the best way to support their child. I would be happy to receive guidance and training if needed.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite parts of caring for children is seeing them become comfortable around me and knowing that they trust me. I especially enjoy those little moments when a child gets excited to show me something they made, tell me a story, or ask me to play with them. Those moments remind me how meaningful childcare can be and how important it is to make children feel listened to, valued, and cared for.
