One of my most special memories as a nanny was when a family I worked with organized a surprise farewell party for me. They invited the children and families I used to do playdates with - including other nannies I had become friends with. It was such a heartfelt moment and showed me how much love, trust, and community had been built during our time together. I’ll never forget that day!
