Getting to see them grow and learn! I think the most important part about nannying is trying to form good habits at a young age or talking to kids as if you’re talking with another grown up. I’ve just noticed that it really changes how quickly they pick up new words and their own little personalities!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The little girl I nannied before really only liked her mom and dad when I met her and she didn’t want anything to do with me.. I slowly got her to play with me but I started going on walks with her, she’d fuss a little at the start saying she wanted to go back but every day i started to sing to her on these walks. She fell asleep every time I sang one specific song and it was my favorite thing ever just having that baby sleep in my arms!!
