The most important part of being a nanny is making sure the child feels safe, loved, and comfortable while also being someone they can trust. Every child is different, so I think it’s important to be patient, understanding, and meet them where they’re at. ❤️

I have two brothers with autism, so I’ve always had a special place in my heart for kiddos on the spectrum. I think it’s really important to get on their level and take the time to understand how they communicate and what makes them comfortable. Every child is different, and I always try to be patient, understanding, and meet them where they’re at. I love finding activities they enjoy and building that trust so they feel safe, comfortable, and included. ❤️

I always love having dance parties with the kiddos because it’s so fun getting to see how creative they get with their moves! It’s also a great way for them to have fun, be silly, and get some energy out.❤️
