More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have over 5 years of experience working with children in multiple settings including daycare centers with infants all the way though school aged children, as well as a nannying position for a 6-month-old baby. Currently I am completing an internship as a special education paraprofessional in a level 3 classroom working with 5-year-olds. I am CPR and First Aid certified, I have a reliable vehicle, and I am located in Foley, Minnesota. I am happy to travel up to 40 minutes for the right position.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience supporting children with special needs, my senior year of high school we went to our local elementary school 2 times a week to working the special education classrooms as a part of a class I was taking. Currently I am doing my internship as a special education paraprofessional in level 3 special education room with 5-year-olds.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite memory was watching the 6-month-old baby I cared for grow over the summer! Watching her go from not sitting on her own to crawling and pulling herself up by the time I left was really fun to see.
