A little bit about me

I have babysat many children and babies before as well as nanny for a few families. I am very experienced and I can always take the best care of your child/children and will provide the type of care you need & your family requires. I can prepare meals, drive my own vehicle and engage your child/children in fun & educational activities. I love arts & crafts, singing & dancing, anything fun & friendly really, & I am always up for new activities. I use to tutor Reading & English, Basic math, pre algebra & algebra in high school, so I can also assist your family with tutoring needs as well. I can also provide housekeeping services if needed. I am very dedicated & hardworking, I care tremendously for the families I take care of & I hope that shows. Im currently taking online college courses to get my degree in Special Needs Education. Ive taken care of Special Needs children, as well as twins, infants, toddlers, pre-teens etc. I also help in companion care with my older relatives. On my very limited free-time I volunteer with my old high school cheer team, & I specialize in helping the special need cheerleaders, they're disorders range from social anxiety, muscular distrophy, & down syndrome. I love those girls, they have brought such joy to my life & I've enjoyed my time with them. I enjoy & love the time I spend with all the children I've previously taken care of & currently take care of, each one of them has a special place in my heart & I hope to continue carrying for kids of all ages because I truly love it. For transportation needs, I have a 2015 Toyota Yaris, I up keep my car regularly, it's always washed & cleaned.I take it in for oil checks & tire rotations as needed. I have a clean driving record, no tickets & no accidents. My Insurance & tags are all up to date as well. I would also like to add that I value my good driving record, & plan to keep it that way. Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I’ve been a nanny for 2 & a half years now, I’m currently taking classes to become a special needs education teacher, I previously coached a special needs cheer team, I’ve been watching kids since I was 13, I have 3 siblings ranging in various ages. I’ve also taken care of babies ranging from age 0-13, as well as twins & children with special needs. I’m CPR certified, and First Aid certified.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love being outdoors, going for walks, to a local park, library, or out for a snack. I enjoy arts & crafts, mostly from Pinterest. I also love singing & dancing time with kids. Anything to keep active & have fun. I’m also ok with movie time, iPad time as well. I enjoy all activities & can cater to families specific needs if needed.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think being a nanny, you have to love what you do & do what you love. Taking care of kids watching them grow & being a significant role in their life is very important to me. Being a nanny is important because the families I’ve taken care of have become like extended family to me those relationships are life changing.

I’ve been coaching a special needs cheer team for 2 years. Their needs ranging from autism, down syndrom & muscular dystrophy. I’m currently enrolled in classes to become a special needs education teacher.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment I’ve shared with almost all the kids I nanny with is when they get this look of sheer excitement when I walk through the door. It’s a loving moment that I cherish.
