I have been a summer camp counselor for the City of Raleigh for 3 summers, a Caretaker at HUGS camp (for children and adults with special needs) for two summers, a volunteer at the Students Educational Movement Of Ladakh in India for a month, and I am nannying for a family of two girls currently.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I play ukulele and Guitar as well as singing! I also love arts and crafts and would love to help teach kids new things through these creative outlets.
My experience with special needs children...
worked at a summer camp for adults and children with special needs for two summers, and took a class two years ago where i helped instruct the classes of special needs students at Enloe Highschool in sports/games.
