More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
In addition to my nanny experience, I previously worked as a Nursing Assistant at Cleveland Clinic, where I provided hands-on care, ensured safety, and supported patients with medical and daily living needs. This role strengthened my attention to detail, calm demeanor, and ability to handle high-responsibility situations.
I also worked as a Patient Care Coordinator at a medical spa, managing schedules, communicating with families, and creating a structured, welcoming environment. I am highly organized, reliable, and proactive.
As a mother, I have extensive experience supporting children with school routines, homework, 504 accommodations, medical appointments, emotional regulation, and extracurricular activities. I prioritize consistency, clear communication with parents, and creating a safe, nurturing space where children feel supported and confident.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I design thoughtfully structured, enriching days that balance creativity, education, and emotional development. Indoors, I curate engaging activities such as guided reading, homework support, STEM projects, hands-on art, baking, and age-appropriate life skills that build independence and confidence. I incorporate gentle structure and routines that support executive functioning and self-regulation.
Outdoors, I prioritize active play, nature exploration, park outings, bike/scooter rides, and community experiences such as library programs and enrichment classes. I value meaningful conversation, social skill development, and fostering curiosity about the world. My approach is calm, proactive, and developmentally informed, creating a secure environment where children feel safe, capable, and genuinely excited to learn and grow.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny to me is building a safe, trusting relationship where children feel seen, heard, and supported. I believe children thrive with consistency, emotional safety, and gentle structure. I love being someone who not only cares for a child’s daily needs, but also helps build confidence, independence, and strong character. Partnering with parents as a reliable, proactive, and communicative support system is something I truly value.
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience supporting children with ADHD, anxiety, sensory sensitivities, and 504/IEP accommodations. I’m comfortable collaborating with parents, therapists, and teachers to maintain consistency between home and school.
My background in healthcare (including years at Cleveland Clinic and in patient care coordination) allows me to confidently support children with medical needs, medication schedules, and emotional regulation challenges.
I focus on calm communication, structure, positive reinforcement, and helping children build confidence, independence, and coping skills in a safe and supportive environment.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was helping a shy preschooler learn to advocate for herself. We practiced using ‘big brave voice’ at home, and one day at the park she confidently asked another child for a turn instead of walking away. The pride on her face when she did it on her own was unforgettable. Those small milestones build lifelong confidence.
