Honestly my favorite moment was when my step-cousin ran to me and said "Mary's here" and hugged my leg. I had been trying to get her to say my name (she's a bit stubborn), and I started to think she didn't like me. Her mom that night told me she asks about me all the time, and she now runs to me every single time I walk in their home and jumps into my arms for the biggest hug.
