My toddler can be a little bit of a handful, and every time she was with him she was extra attentive to his needs and took the time to connect with him and make him feel seen. She was always excited to play, she was a compassionate shoulder for him when he needed one, and she was extremely observant of the subtle ways he liked to play. I nannied a 10 month old with my 2 year old (at the time) daughter. We went on lots of walks to the park, coffee shops, and book stores.
