Hello! My name is MaryJo and I have 10+ years of childcare experience and 3+ years of nanny experience. I’ve been in Rochester for about 5 years now and absolutely love it here! I’m glad I’ve gotten the opportunity to build relationships with so many families since being here.

I’m currently nannying part-time and I working part-time at a daycare. I’m hoping to leave the daycare before I start another job possibly starting in July/August. So, one or two days a week would be ideal. I can be flexible. Mondays and Wednesdays and occasionally Tuesdays will be unavailable until 9/18

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have been babysitting since I was a kid. I was a group leader for a before and after school program, an assistant teacher at a daycare (both in home and out of home) and also an assistant group supervisor at a state daycare for 3 years with specific experience in infant and toddler care. Since moving to Rochester I’ve been at the same local family-owned daycare center working as a teacher. During that time I also worked as a nanny for about 3 years.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love being outside! So any chance to be out in the sun or playing I enjoy. Fresh air is the best medicine. I’m also big into arts and crafts! I love getting messy and having fun creating things with the kids.
