A little bit about me

I am a junior in high school and I love, love, love kids! I have been surrounded by them all my life having a huge family and being the oldest of the generation. I have been babysitting cousins since I was ten and I have been a part time nanny for my sister (and others) for the past 3 years. This past summer I cared for a 6 month old full time as well! I speak fluent polish and will happily communicate in polish with the kids and family. I also am a compulsive cleaner, so I will happily clean and organize any messes. I am both first aid and CPR certified and am looking for an after school job, weekends or to be an occasional babysitter. I am very flexible, I will happily meet or call for interviews and an in person consultation where you can observe me for an hour or two! I am good with kids of all ages, with vast experience for infants, toddlers, and elementary age. I cannot wait to meet you!

I go to Stevenson and am in the little patriots program teaching pre school age. Full time care for a 6 month old over the last summer

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I go with the kid, I really love to be creative. Outdoor activities are limited but whenever possible I will be more than happy to go outside and do things outside of the house.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The family, I love connecting with the entire family. Building the relationship of trust between parents and kids. Simply being allowed to come into your unit, knowing you feel safe with me!

My experience with special needs children...

I would not qualify myself best for this situation. I have experience working and interacting with special needs kids, but I do not think I would be best suited for these circumstances.
