Overall children are individuals and find enjoyment in different things, I am good at learning the child and coming up with activities with children that best suite them.

The most important part about being a nanny is understanding that these little humans are new to this world, they are absorbing everything they are able to. With that being said I find it extremely important to be an active communicator and an even better listener. With that in mind you are able to come to an understanding of who the child is and how to best keep them engaged. While they are able to better understand you.
