The most important part about being a nanny...
I worked with a little girl that suffered from severe anxiety and anger management. Little by little, I introduced her to meditation tactics in a way that still engaged her. Her behavior began to improve and she began to use her words to communicate how she was feeling, more often. I also learned that the meditation practices were a part of the day she looked forward too, even if I wasn’t there to do them with her, everyday.
