As the Program Director of a summer say camp, it absolutely melted my heart to watch each camper become excited about our camp’s values: honesty, respect, caring, and responsibility. While I loved seeing my campers have fun, it made my job even more worth it knowing that I was able to inspire a younger generation to be kind both in and outside of camp hours.
