It’s about creating a safe, supportive environment where kids feel loved, understood, and encouraged to grow. Being consistent, patient, and dependable makes a big difference in their daily lives—and it’s truly rewarding to be part of their development and happiness.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was building a backyard obstacle course with the kids using pool noodles, cones, and hula hoops. We timed each other, made up silly challenges, and turned it into a mini Olympics. It was such a fun and active day, and the kids talked about it for weeks!
