A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Megan, when I was younger I started babysitting at I believe it was 10 (we lived overseas at the time as my dad was in the military and I could take a course and start doing it then) and loved it. I had 2 regular families I would babysit for regularly and I enjoyed every second of it. I also did it up to about age 15-16. So I was hoping to get back into it while trying to figure out what I want to go to school for! I am also a state tested nurse aide and work for an agency at various nursing homes! I used to babysit all the time when I was around 10-15. I have watched little babies all up to the age of 10.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love doing crafts, being outside, such as going to parks with kids and even just relaxing inside doing activities. For babies I find fun in making funny noises or faces to make them laugh.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Making sure the family and kids love me as their nanny. Not just in the sense that I am there helping out, but I remember when I was younger I really enjoyed this one babysitter and was always happy when we had her to watch us, and I just want to be like that for your kid(s)!

My experience with special needs children...

I do not have any experience with special needs children as far as babysitting goes; however, when I was in high school I was a student teacher helper for our special needs class!
