I have done a lot of volunteer work with children. I also used to coach cheerleaders for 4,5&6 yr old girls. Lots of family experience. Our family currently has 10 little ones from 4months to 21 yrs old. I just have a knack for getting along with children by showing respect and being kind and I've learned through the years that if you are open and honest with children that they are quite intelligent! More so then some people think. I don't do baby talk and as a result children tend to well behaved more for me because they are being shown proper respect so that way they know how to show proper respect as they are growing up

I love arts and crafts time as well as any outdoor activities. I love to keep children active because this allows for less mischief time 🙂 and children love to feel important and love to show their creative side and I must say I love to be creative as well
