The most important part about being a nanny is encouraging children to explore every aspect of their beings. If they show interest in an ant walking around on the side walk, we are going to watch and talk about that little ant until they are ready to move on to the next experience.

My favorite moments I have with children are witnessing the times they make connections with parts of their day. Example, seeing something outside a bug, plant, etc and then pointing it out in a book we read together :)
