Hi! My name is Mekenzie, and I’m someone who loves creative projects. I enjoy painting, writing, making short films, and singing. Creativity has always been a big part of who I am, and I love bringing that same sense of imagination and care into the work I do with children. I currently babysit for a family with three children a 10 year old, a 3 year old, and a soon to be 2 year old. I’ve been with this family for over a year and began caring for the youngest when she was about four months old. Being able to witness their growth and development has been incredibly rewarding. It’s honestly amazing hearing them hold full conversations with me now. I studied childhood development in school and have worked in multiple daycare centers, which helped me build a strong foundation in child care. I prefer working as a nanny because it allows me to form meaningful, one-on-one connections with children and provide them with the comfort, attention, and recognition they deserve.
