I worked at Primrose School of Chanhassen for over a year specifically with infants and toddlers but i would float around to preschool and pre-kindergarten. But before primrose i grew up with a lot of younger cousins which resulted in me caring for them due to me being a lot older than many of my cousins and still care for a few of them.

I think the most important thing about being a nanny is the developmental role we play in their lives at such a young age whether its emotional, social, or cognitive. I also believe that the bond you build during nannying is very important.

While working at primrose, it was a couple days into my training and there was a little girl who was stranger danger with everybody, but when I sat down near her, she immediately came and sat on my lap and hugged me very tightly. Everyone working that day was very shocked by that happening because she did not like meeting new people.
