Mother of 4, grandmother of 3. I became a birth/post partum Doula during COVID to provide the support to women and families needing assistance with infant care and with that education it led to overnight and some day help as families found their balance in the family's transition. I come highly recommended as my very first grand child was a gift from God. The mother I was assisting has no family in North Carolina I met her through a friend and with that care she asked me to stand in the gap and my entire family was involved with becoming a pilar in her life. She is now 10 and still my first grand. That experience provoked more desire to help new mothers and families and a Doula was born.
