Hello! My name is Melanie Mendez, I am 21 years old and a college student at UTSA. I currently work with a family Mondays and Wednesday's and occasionally some overnights with another family. I was looking to fill in an extra two days of the week such as Tuesday and Thursday when I have my virtual class. I specialize in working with toddlers and/or newborns. My previous experience includes working at an NEISD after school program called KIN (Kids Involvment network) I worked with (mostly) Kinder through 5th Grade. In the KIN program we had yearly background checks, and 8+ hours of trainings per semester. Currently I am AED and CPR trained and have received my COVID-19 vaccinations as well.
