"Melanie is such an amazing nanny. She co nanny when my daughter was 6 months until she turn 2. She is such a caring and loving young lady. She will go an extra mile for my baby girl. My favorite part of being a nanny is being part of a child's development. There is nothing more rewarding than watching a child grow and progress. The fact that I am with the child for a significant amount of the days makes me realize I largely influence them and can impact their lives. It is a huge responsibility, but also an honor and a blessing.
