I think the most important part of being a nanny is making sure the kids feel safe, happy, and supported. It’s not just about keeping them entertained, but really engaging with them and helping them grow in a positive way. Building a good relationship with both the kids and their parents is key, too, so everyone feels comfortable and on the same page. I want to be someone they can trust and rely on, whether it's keeping a routine or being flexible when needed.
