I would have to say that the most important part would be great communication with the parents and everyone being on the same page and also to connect with the children so much so that I am missed when I'm away.

Was a great experience and very positive. I cared for a sweet little boy for over 5 years taking him to speech therapy weekly, various activities, assisted him with his homework and reading skills and also piano lessons.
