A little bit about me

Hi I’m Melissa, and not your usual Nanny. I have had C Level positions my entire career, but at one point in my life I took care of three children. A baby girl (newborn) and her two identical twin brothers, (five years old) for three years. It was at a point in my life that I got separated and needed a position with less stress and no travel. I lived in Westchester, NY at the time and this family lived a few streets up from me. I have two adult daughters myself and moved to Huntersville around nine months ago. I loved working for that family. Both parents worked from home (this was during the middle of Covid). Primarily I took care of the little girl and all of them when the boys got home from school. I did everything for the kids, made bottles, then baby food, prepped meals three times a day for the kids and then the family, (I happen to be great cook and make healthy yet yummy meals). I would take care of everything for the house and children. Would love to discuss further.

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part about being a good nanny is making sure the children are always being taken care of and safety! I make sure there is always open communication between myself and the parents on a daily basis. The most rewarding part is watching them grow up to be respectful and kind to all, people, animals etc. Manners are very important.

I took care of a boy with autism. Non verbal but could do anything physical (sports etc)
