I have been caring for children for over 20 years. I was a preschool and school age teacher for 20 years. I have 2 small grandchildren of my own. I live local in Layton. Taking care of children has always been my passion. Im excellent at morning routines, healthy meal prep, playtime, educational teachings, I like outings to the park, bath time, I love doing hair and teaching personal hygiene, im excellent at nurturing and making your children feel loved. I used to run my own daycare for small children. I love doing arts and crafts and following parents wishes on how they want their children raised. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was a school age teacher but also cared for infants, toddlers, and children ages 5-13 for 20 years. Most of the time is was at Kids First Daycare Center and I also opened my own daycare I n my home for 3 years. Now I have my own grandbabies ages 5 and 3.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Outdoor play, short walks, meal prep...I like to let the kids help me, baking, art projects, playtime inside and help cleaning with the kids, storytime, Naptime, I love doing hair and nails, educational teachings, motor skills, manners, light housekeeping, tidiness, organization skills, dress up, bath time and getting ready for bed.
