What is most important to me about being a nanny is following what the parents expect but also creating a relationship with the children so they feel like they can trust me and feel like they can be themselves with me. And also creating a relationship with the parent/parents to feel comfortable in the working environment

My favorite nanny moment was when my nanny mom said they love and trust me like family and are so grateful their kids have a babysitter/nanny like me. It just warmed my heart and I felt so lucky to have them in my life.
