I've been babysitting since I was 15 years old and have experience working with children ages 2-13. I had worked a part time job as a teacher assistant for a kindergarten class for 3 years. I have also had experience nannying for children with autism and ADHD.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Working as a teacher assistant, I would organize class schedules and many activities with the children. We went on many fun field trips such as going to national parks and volunteering at both my local pet shelter and local nursing home. With families I have babysat, I would take the children to play dates and their extracurriculars such as Taekwondo. We would also have so much fun going to the playground and the beach.
My experience with special needs children...
I have been a nanny for a child diagnosed with ADHD and behavioral disorders. I have also worked with an autistic child who experienced mutism.
