A little bit about me

Hello! my name is Micayla Kelley, I am currently a student athlete at California State University Long Beach. Due to COVID-19, I am currently back home in Las Vegas. I have had plenty of experience with kids for many years now. I was a Sunday school teacher from the age group of 2-5 year olds, for six years. I was a camp counselor for kids from the ages 6-8 year olds. I was able to teach kids how to swim and play many different sports. Lastly, I have 2 nephews that I adore at the ages of 2 and 10 months that I have had to babysit. Overall, I absolutely love kids and working with them as well.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have cared for children throughout summer camps and as well as my own family members

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Since I am an athlete I enjoy outdoor activities. Sometimes it is important to get kids away from technology and be creative.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Being proactive and hands on with the kids is important. My goal is to make parents feel they can fully rely on me to take care of their kids.

My experience with special needs children...

I have had the opportunity to work with special needs children for about a year. I voluntarily helped for a year when attending high school.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I would have to say the honest feedback you hear from kids. They are such innocent little human beings who just tell it like it is and as well as having fun with them
