My experience with special needs children...

I grew up as, and around many high needs kids. I like to think I'm good at soothing children the same way I needed when I was young, though I must admit my experience is a bit limited to children with ADHD, Autism, and Anxiety.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I moved back to an old town I used to live in and we visited a family friend I used to babysit for. The little toddler I used to babysit was now at shoulder height on me, and the first thing she said when she saw me was: 'I remember you..' and I openly started crying.
