I have a College degree in Health and Physical Education with a Minor in Biology, and from there I got Certified in Fitness Training by The ISSA. After that I became a Certified Arborist (by the ISA) and had my Own Tree Service for over 25 years. I was also a Fitness Trainer in California for 8 years, Training Celebrities At the Oakwood Worldwide.
