A little bit about me

Hey there! I’m a married mother of two. I’ve worked in childcare for over ten years. I’ve lived with a family as their nanny for almost one year. I would prepare them for school, take care of the infant, then receive the two older sisters, one with special needs, from the bus stop in the afternoon and make sure their homework got completed before their mother came home from work. I have 10 years of experience working at preschools and one year of experience owning and operating a licensed in-home daycare. In that time I’ve taught sign language to infants. Since they can not yet express their needs verbally, sign language can be incredibly helpful! I can also teach basic music and art skills and beginners Spanish.
I now have two kids of my own, a 6-year-old son and a 10-year-old daughter. We have been homeschooling for two years. I am available for infant care or to assist another homeschooling family. Thank you for considering me! I look forward to meeting you.
