"Michele worked for me in my large in-home daycare. She was a wonderful caregiver! She put her heart and soul into everything and she truly loved the children.
One of my favorite things about her (that I still miss to this day) was her creativity. She was just so amazing at doing craft projects with the kids. She had great ideas and got the kids' minds flowing with creativity as well.
Michelle has lots of energy to keep up with little ones and even instituted exercise time with our little ones. They loved it! She was constantly interacting with the kids whether it be playing games, having a dance party, taking them for walks, or even just snuggling when they needed it.

More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have worked out my home for many summers caring for children and then worked in a large in home center with 25 under age 4, while employed there inot only cared for the children, i kissed boo boos, played games, and taught colors and numbers. I also prepared food, organized schedules for each age groups activities for the week all while forming bonds and relationships with each individual i was caring for. I then decided to further my career and was certified as a professional nanny thru an agency here in Cincinnati where i have since worked with a few families. The longest being and infant that i was with from birth till her 3rd birthday, we are still friends today and i still visit the child.💜
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Going on day trips to age appropriate activities, loving and nurturing, playing age appropriate toys. Painting with finger paints and doing arts and crafts, taking walks, reading books and forming a bond each and every day.

I have worked with children on diffreby levels of the sutistic spectrum from slight to aggressive and have been pretty successful with going outside the norm to suit and please the needs of the child.

Watching a child go off too preschool just knowing how amazing that young being has become, proud of how intelligent and ready they are becauae of what i contributed in that childs life up too that point. Its a real blessing, Such an amazing and priceless reward!
