Hello! My name is Mikaelee. I have 11+ years of childcare experience, am CPR + first aid certified, and I have a big heart for children.

I have worked with many families throughout the years; however, most recently, I was a nanny for a family with 3 girls under 3 for 3 years. Lots of 3s!

As a nanny, I love to encourage children’s curiosity in the world around them through imagination and play. I am big on emotional validation and teaching children how to recognize and regulate their emotions, creating a safe place for them to feel their big feelings while cultivating empathy. I model kindness and teach children consideration for other people and their environment. Activities I love to do with children are nature walks, playing at the park, getting together with other nannies and children for social play (often at parks), library story time, music at Tabor Space, etc. I adore children, and until I have some of my own, I love supporting others.
