I feel the most important part of being a nanny is knowing and addressing the individual needs of the children. By regular communication with the parents, an action plan can be implemented that will be very beneficial to these children in their formative years. I also view personal interaction and a relationship with each of them as an essential part of being a nanny. Having that trust and personal connection with each child is very important to me.
